Field Test: Bobbi Brown Pool Test

Pool, beach and boat parties pose a bit of a challenge. They are parties, so they are occasion to dress up. And the environment is a bit extreme…usually hot, humid, sweaty and wet if you decide to go in or near the water.

Regular makeup doesn’t hold up – it runs, smears, smudges or washes completely off. I decided to try Bobbi Brown’s line of Long-Wear waterproof makeup to see if it was up to the challenge.

Here’s my pool test of Bobbi Brown’s long-wear waterproof foundation, eye shadow and eye pencils. It was shot in one take without any filters. I sped up some of the swimming footage to move the story along. What you see is exactly what happened.
